Texas Performing Arts offers a diverse season of music, theatre, dance, and conversation. During the past 30 years, Texas Performing Arts has presented such world-class artists as the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, Mikhail Baryshnikov, Victor Borge, Nina Simone, Ornette Coleman, Merce Cunningham Dance Company, Van Morrison, Philip Glass, Ella Fitzgerald, and The English National Opera. 1883 is proud to deliver fresh menu selections and beverages offerings during these events and performances.

Concession stands will be open in the lobby to provide beverages and meal tickets. In Bass Concert Hall there are food stations on Level 3 of the main lobby that open 1.5 hours prior to curtain time for most performances. The food stations offer a limited menu that is determined on a per show basis. Meals are priced per plate and meal tickets are available for purchase at any bar. Meals may be enjoyed anywhere in the lobby. Food is not permitted inside the auditorium.
